At JHP Retail, we recognise that because the retail industry encompasses a wider range of environments and necessary skills it is essential that we offer qualifications that can be tailored to the needs of the business and the learner.
The training that JHP Retail delivers centres around the delivery of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) which are available as stand-alone qualification or an element of an Apprenticeship Framework, dependent on the learner's circumstances. Each qualification consists of compulsory core units covering the generic skills needed in a retail environment and the remaining units are chosen from a comprehensive range of optional units to ensure relevance to the learner's job role.
JHP Retail is pleased to offer qualifications in Retail Operations, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Distribution and Warehousing, and Business Administration. For added flexibility, the Level 3 qualification offers three pathways enabling the learner to specialise in Sales, Management and Visual Merchandising.
Qualified JHP Training Assessors will make regular visits to the workplace and access the learner's ability and knowledge in their chosen vocational area. JHP Retail firmly believes that personalising and integrating into an individual's job role is the ideal way to balance exceptional training with the pressures of the modern workplace.
