NVQ - Level 3
NVQ
An NVQ requires you to successfully complete a number of units. At Distribution and Warehousing Level 3, there are two mandatory units and six optional units.
Mandatory Units
- Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships
Optional Units
Stock Management
- Audit stock levels and stock inventories
- Maintain systems and facilities for distributing stock
- Monitor and modify systems and facilities for distributing stock
- Organise the receipt and storage of goods
Customer Service
- Improve the customer relationship
- Monitor and solve customer service problems
- Organise, deliver and maintain reliable customer service
- Promote continuous improvement
- Work with others to improve customer service
Organisational Effectiveness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations
- Contribute to the development of individuals and teams
- Contribute to the selection of personnel activities
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with those for whom you have responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by external suppliers
- Plan, monitor and adjust staffing levels and schedules
