Marathon Journey through Vocational Training pays Dividends for Michele
If you want an example of hard work and determination in the workplace, look no further than Michele Darby. Over the four years she's been training with JHP she has achieved no fewer than four Apprenticeship qualifications!
Michele joined JHP directly after leaving school, and initially worked on placement at Kingston Windows & Glass while she achieved an Apprenticeship in Administration. Her commitment to both her employer and her training programme was evident from day one, where she happily accepted a daily three hour round trip to work.
Clearly, Michele's dedication and training have thus far paid off for her. Her first qualification enabled her to gain full-time employment and since she has been going from strength to strength within her current company, gaining confidence and learning new skills as she progresses.
JHP are pleased to have helped and supported Michele through a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Administration, Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Administration, Level 2 Apprenticeship in Using IT and most recently Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Well done, Michele, for all your hard work!
